Guy reported Arnel and Joseph's laptops do not print with finishing. Uninstalled printer driver and installed correct printer driver. Printed test page and verified in printer properties that they are able to print with finishing.
Verified that other laptops have correct print driver.
Guy reported Hermie only has emails up to 11/30/2023. Removed and re-added Hermie's Microsoft Office account and set up emails with no caching. Verified Hermie's emails are synced with webmail.
