Dave advised outlook autocomplete takes too long to search. Issue is not a fault of autocomplete, autocomplete is populating results by alphabetical order. Dave advised that several contacts that come up are old and have not been emailed in years. advised Sophia best option is to clean up contact lists. Worst case and older version of office will need to be installed. Outlook 2016 fills autocomplete by alphabetical order and not most recently emailed.
